Let’s begin:

Do: Take care of your health

Hair is a part of your body. Your general health and well being will greatly affect your hair. You can begin by keeping an eye on your diet and activity level. Make sure to get enough protein, minerals and iron in your hair. Also, ensure that you are not suffering from any medical disease that might be a trigger for your hair loss. Get regular checkups to treat any unexpected issues.

Don’t: Swim unprotected

Never swim without wearing a protected cap on your hair. Pool water contains chlorine and salt water. Both can promote breakage and dry it out. You must use a s high quality leave in conditioner and wear a cap before jumping into water.

Do: Protect your hair from sun

Sun burn is not only bad for your skin but it is equally bad for your hair. Sunrays can damage your hair in a same way it damages your skin. Try wearing a scarf or using heat protectant sprays. Opt for SPF 30 and above. Also make sure to go for regular deep conditioning treatments at least once a month to nourish your hair and to keep frizz at bay.

Don’t: Tie your hair tightly

High pony tails and hair buns are definitely convenient and look super cute. They can however, result in contraction alopecia due to constant tugging of hair strands. Go for more bohemian hair styles like loose braids, flow waves. They look super natural and stylish.  Also, let your hair down sometimes for giving your scalp a break.

Do: Scalp needs care too

Most of us neglect our scalp and primarily focus on conditioning of our hair strands. You must apply a mask that nourishes your scalp weekly. A healthy scalp will result in healthy hair. You can also opt for a natural mask. Simply warm up some olive oil and massage it on your scalp. Leave it for about one to two hours and rinse afterwards.

Don’t: over wash your hair

Excessively washing your hair will make it dry out and strip your hair of essential oils and nutrients. Try to wash your hair every other day if you are used to daily washing it and then eventually reduce it to about two times a week.

Do: Keep an eye on the ingredient list

Make your that you pay close attention to the ingredients on the back of your shampoo and conditioner. Go for a more natural formula and avoid any products containing sulphate. You definitely don’t want to feed chemicals to your hair. Do you? Chemical loaded products eventually lead you to the way of getting crown hair transplant in Dubai.

Don’t: go overboard with heat

Use of heat must be kept at minimum. Try to limit the use of heat to about three to four times in a week. Whenever you are applying heat to your tresses, ensure using a heat protective spray or serum. Try to blow dry your hair instead of straightening it and experiment with more heatless styles.

If you don’t want to undergo crown hair transplant, follow the above mentioned guidelines and you will have healthy hair for your entire life.
