Lemon Juice and Almond Oil Massage: Almond oil is a rich source of vitamin E, a natural antioxidant, whereas lemon juice is rich in vitamin B, C and phosphorus. All these are essential for healthy hair growth and prevent your hairs from premature graying. Mix two tablespoons of almond oil with 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. Use the mixture to massage your scalp thoroughly. Let it sit for half an hour and then wash off with mild shampoo. Repeat this once or twice a week for best results.

Natural Remedies for Premature Hair Loss:

Onion Juice: Onion juice is a rich source of sulfur, a mineral that is essential for healthy hair growth. Give your scalp sulfur boost by rubbing fresh onion juice over your child’s scalp twice or thrice a week. Fine chop one medium onion and press it between palms of your hands to get the juice. Massage your scalp with this juice and wait for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash off with a mild shampoo.

Coconut Milk Massage: Coconut milk is rich in protein and stuffed with essential fats required for healthy hair growth. Regular application of coconut milk to the scalp provides quick results. Put freshly grated coconut in a pan. Add half cup water into it and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Strain the liquid and let it cool. Massage your scalp thoroughly with it and wash off after waiting for 20 to 25 minutes. For best results, add some black pepper powder and fenugreek seeds powder the coconut milk before massaging the scalp.
