Coconut has several ingredients that help you regrow your hair. The milk of this particular fruit includes proteins, fats and minerals such as potassium and iron. The usage of this particular fruit on your scalp can help you get rid of hair breakage.

Simply squeeze the milk out of the coconut and apply it to areas where you believe you are experiencing baldness.

Henna for Hair Loss

Henna is known around the world for its natural hair colour, but it is actually a good ingredient for the health of your hair as well.

Take 250ml of mustard oil in a tin can and add 60g of henna leaves to the picture. Boil the mixture and then cool the solution. Now apply this on your hair and massage your scalp. You will notice a significant difference after a month or two.
